Your night begins with a shell lei greeting and time to enjoy the oceanfront setting before the imu ceremony. During the ceremony, you can watch the traditional Hawaiian earth oven presentation, where kalua pork is part of the story behind the feast.
The buffet features island favorites such as kalua pork and cabbage, teriyaki beef, fresh island fish, poi, pineapple, coconut rolls, salads, desserts and bar drinks.
