The evening's festivities begin with a warm shell lei greeting and photo opportunities with the cast. Indulge in a wide variety of foods, including kalua pork, island chicken and soy-braised beef. The evening culminates with a breathtaking presentation of the stories, songs and dances of Hawaii and the South Pacific, ending with the breathtaking Samoan Siva Afi fire dance.
