Cancellation Policy
Please review these cancellation and change terms carefully before booking. Some luaus may have special rules that override the general policy below.
1) General Refund Policy
If we can't confirm your booking, you will receive a full refund.
Cancel a confirmed booking for a full refund as long as you cancel in time:
- 48+ hours before your luau (most luaus)
- 72+ hours for select luaus and/or groups of 6+
- 7+ days for groups of 8+
- 14+ days for groups of 20+
2) Special Cancellation Terms
Some luaus have special cancellation terms. Those will be clearly listed on the luau page and/or your voucher and will override the general rules above.
3) Late Cancellations
Cancellations made inside the required cancellation window are non-refundable.
4) Changes to Date or Time
You may change your date or time at no charge if:
- the luau has availability, and
- the request is made outside the applicable change/cancellation deadline.
Requests made inside the deadline are subject to the vendor's policy and approval.
5) Voucher Review
Please review your voucher promptly. It is your responsibility to contact us if anything is incorrect or if you need changes.
6) Vendor Cancellations or Disruptions
Luaus may be changed or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen reasons. If the vendor cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. We may contact you by phone, text or email regarding updates.
7) How to Request Changes
Please call us at 1-866-482-9775 . We will do our best to help, but changes inside the cancellation window depend on the vendor.
8) Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and unused gift certificate balances are non-refundable.
