The Polynesian Cultural Center is much more than just a luau. Located on Oahu's North Shore in Laie, this 42-acre cultural park gives you a full day with island villages, cultural demonstrations, canoe rides, dining packages and the Ha: Breath of Life evening show.

You can spend the afternoon moving between the villages of Polynesia, watching music and dance presentations, seeing traditional skills, trying hands-on activities and learning how each island culture shares its own stories, food, games and customs.

The package you choose shapes the day. Some tickets focus on village admission and the evening show. Others add a guided tour, Alii Luau, Gateway Buffet, premium show seating, private guide service or Waikiki transportation. For the richest day, arrive early enough to enjoy the villages before dinner and the show.

This ticket includes the island villages during the day and the main evening show, without a dinner package.

🎭 Ha: Breath of Life Show Only

Choose the show-only ticket when you only want to attend Ha: Breath of Life in the evening. This option does not include park admission, transportation options, Circle Island add-ons or access to the Islands of Polynesia.

  • This show-only option includes the "Ha: Breath of Life" evening show with Bronze level seating
  • NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PACKAGE: Roundtrip transportation options or Circle Island add-ons, access to the Islands of Polynesia

🚌 Waikiki Roundtrip Transportation Add-on

If you are staying in Waikiki and do not want to drive to Laie, you can add Waikiki roundtrip transportation by motorcoach on eligible packages. The ride takes you to the Polynesian Cultural Center and returns after the evening show.

🗺️ Circle Island Add-on

The Circle Island add-on turns the day into a sightseeing route before your Polynesian Cultural Center visit. It adds several Oahu stops before you arrive on the North Shore.

  • This add-on includes transportation and a circle island tour before heading to the Polynesian Cultural Center
  • Along the way, sights usually include Diamond Head Crater, Hanauma Bay Lookout, Dole Plantation, Makapu'u Lookout & Lighthouse, Pali Lookout and North Shore beaches

Waikiki Transportation:
If you selected Waikiki roundtrip transportation, pick-ups begin around 10:00 am. Your exact pick-up time will be emailed with your confirmation. Returns to Waikiki around 7:00 pm (not attending evening show) or around 10:30 pm (attending evening show).

Circle Island Add-on
If you selected the Circle Island Add-on, pick-ups begin around 6:45 am. Your exact pick-up time will be emailed with your confirmation. Returns to Waikiki around 7:00 pm (not attending evening show) or 10:30 pm (attending evening show).

Show Only Package
Waikiki Transportation and Circle Island Add-on is NOT available for this package. Check in at 7:00 pm.

Parking at the Polynesian Cultural Center is $8 per vehicle.
Restrictions
No alcohol policy: Due to the Polynesian Cultural Center being a family attraction which is closely associated to and predominantly an employer of college students, alcohol is not served or allowed to be consumed anywhere on the premises.
Designated smoking areas are available.
Flash photography is not permitted during the evening show performance.
If driving there is a parking fee per vehicle paid directly to Polynesian Cultural Center.
Special Notes
There are limited wheelchair, scooter & locker rentals. It is best to book them in advance of the day you are going (no reservations are taken for lockers).

Children ages 0-3 years are not charged for entrance to any of the ticketed activities, including entry to the Polynesian Cultural Center Villages, attendance at the Ha: Breath of Life evening show, and dining at the Alii Luau or Gateway Buffet.
Because many of the dining facilities can be sold out, we cannot guarantee extra seating for children ages 0-3 years who do not have a paid ticket. Please plan on holding your child on your lap or utilizing one of our highchairs (limited availability).
Children ages 0-3 years who do not have a paid ticket will need to sit on an adult's lap while attending the Ha: Breath of Life evening show.
Motorcoach and Circle Island transportation to and from the Polynesian Cultural Center requires children ages 0-2 years who do not have a paid ticket to sit in an adult's lap.

Is Polynesian Cultural Center only a luau?

No. Polynesian Cultural Center is a full cultural park with island villages, presentations, hands-on activities, canoe rides, dining packages and the Ha: Breath of Life evening show.

Which package includes the Alii Luau?

The Alii Luau Package and Super Ambassador Package include the Alii Luau buffet. Package details vary by tour style, seating level and added inclusions.

Which packages include the Gateway Buffet?

The Gateway Bronze, Gateway Silver and Gateway Deluxe packages include the Gateway Buffet with live music.

Can you visit the island villages without dinner?

Yes. Some ticket options include the island villages and evening show without a dinner package. The Island Villages admission option focuses on daytime park access.

Does the show-only ticket include the villages?

No. The Ha: Breath of Life show-only ticket does not include access to the Islands of Polynesia, transportation options or Circle Island add-ons.

Is Waikiki transportation available?

Waikiki roundtrip transportation can be added to eligible packages. Show-only tickets do not include transportation options.
