Toa Luau at Waimea Valley on Oahu
Toa Luau brings you into Waimea Valley on Oahu’s North Shore, a lush setting known for botanical gardens, cultural sites and the waterfall area. Before the evening show begins, you can spend time in the valley and see a side of Oahu that feels far removed from Waikiki’s hotel district.
The luau takes place near Waimea Bay, with food preparation, lawn activities, a kava ceremony, luau supper and Polynesian entertainment woven into the evening. The valley setting is part of the experience, not just a backdrop, and the included Waimea Valley admission gives you a reason to arrive earlier in the day.
You can walk through the gardens, visit cultural sites, see the waterfall area when conditions allow and return for the luau later. By the time check-in begins, you have already spent time in the place that shapes the evening.
Waimea Valley Before the Luau
Waimea Valley gives Toa Luau its North Shore identity. The gardens, mountain walls and cultural history around the valley create a very different feeling from resort luaus and hotel-area shows.
Coming from Waikiki takes more drive time, so the valley admission matters. You can turn the reservation into a North Shore day with Waimea Valley first, then cultural activities, dinner and the show in the evening.

North Shore Timing
Toa Luau is on the North Shore, near Waimea Bay and Haleiwa. Coming from Waikiki takes longer than driving to a Honolulu-area luau, so your day runs more smoothly when you allow enough time for the drive and the valley visit before check-in.
If you are already spending the day near Haleiwa, Waimea Bay, Turtle Bay or the North Shore beaches, Toa Luau lets you stay in the same part of the island for the evening.
